Job description
Your tasks:
Management and evaluation of international as well as domestic customer inquiries.
Active approach and support for our partners and customers.
Responsibility for lead distribution of customer inquiries received worldwide through the company website, preparation and follow-up of offers and sales contracts.
Optimization of workflows in own area of responsibility
Coordination of sales processes in the company software
Processing, classification and documentation of inquiries and customers according to the current sales processes in the company software
Your profile:
Completed studies with a business background OR
Started university or college studies (independent of the subject), ideally at the end of your studies.
Structured and independent work as well as reliability.
Confident handling of MS Office/Google, EDP programs.
Very good communication skills in German and English, ideally in one or more other languages.
